Job summary

Qualifications

  • Professional maturity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Experience with LinkedIn or research tools is an asset.
  • Comfort leveraging technology and emerging AI-enabled tools to enhance market research, talent mapping, information synthesis, and search execution, while applying sound judgment, validating outputs, and maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth industry, company, and competitive research across sectors and geographies.
  • Develop talent maps identifying key executives, reporting lines, and organizational structures.
  • Analyze market trends, leadership movements, and talent availability to inform search strategies.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, structured insights for internal and client use.
  • Identify and evaluate potential candidates using a range of tools (LinkedIn, proprietary databases, market sources).
  • Assist in building longlists and shortlists aligned with client briefs.
  • Prepare candidate profiles, including career trajectory, leadership style, and potential fit.
  • Support preliminary screening and reference-check preparation where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Consultants on search strategy development and execution.
  • Contribute to the preparation of client-facing materials (presentations, progress reports, market insights).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems (CRM/database) including the migration of a new database.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, confidentiality, and professionalism in all deliverables.
  • Work as part of a collaborative, international team environment.
  • Participate in internal discussions on leadership, assessment methodologies, and market trends.
  • Gain exposure to leadership advisory topics, including succession planning, team effectiveness, and culture.

THE ROLE

Executive Search Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Consultant to join our Executive Search team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to senior-level talent strategy, market intelligence, and client advisory work.

You will work closely with Partners and Consultants, supporting the full lifecycle of executive search mandates from market mapping through to candidate assessment and client delivery. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in understanding how leadership impacts organizational performance.
