Interior Health's Kelowna Community Health and Services Centre is seeking a Relief Full-Time Staffing Services Scheduling Clerk to support staffing coverage and patient care in the Okanagan. The role involves coordinating relief staff, processing notices, and handling timekeeping with strong data entry and reception duties.

The position requires Grade 12 plus three years' related experience or equivalent and the ability to type 35 wpm, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Ability to keyboard at 35 wpm.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to organize workload and work independently.
• Ability to operate related equipment.
• Physical ability to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes vacancy coverage requests to meet staff baselines;
• Allocates and calls in relief staff to fill vacancies;
• Processes on-staff payroll removal notices and change notices;
• Reviews and audits timekeeping records;
• Reviews, calculates and edits on-call hours;
• Data entry;
• Reception and clerical duties.
