Job summary

Trojan Technologies is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training readiness for a business transformation and ERP Cloud implementation. The role partners with project leaders, managers, and stakeholders to prepare teams for new processes and minimize resistance while driving adoption and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, HR, communications, organizational development, information systems, or related field.
• Experience leading change management for business transformation, ERP, technology, process, or operating model initiatives.
• ERP Cloud implementations and large-scale system adoption experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; collaboration, learning, survey, or project management tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the change strategy, roadmap, and workplan for the business transformation / ERP Cloud implementation, using ADKAR as a framework.
• Create and execute audience-specific communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities to sustain alignment.
• Lead the training and user enablement plan, including needs analysis, role mapping, and learning content creation.
• Maintain change deliverables and integrate activities with the project plan, providing concise status updates to governance.
