Job summary

Environmental 360 Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Corporate Integrations & Transformation, to lead ERP deployments, technology implementations, and cross-functional projects aligned with strategic growth. You will partner with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to drive process improvements and successful post-acquisition integrations.

The role requires 5+ years managing enterprise programs, PMP and PROSCI certifications, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, IS, or related field.
• PMP and PROSCI certifications are required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience leading enterprise programs and ERP deployments.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ERP deployments, technology implementations, and system enhancements from planning to go-live.
• Drive corporate transformation, process improvements, and integration activities.
• Coordinate post-acquisition integration of systems, processes, and data.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across departments.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and drive accountability.
• Support change management, communications, training, and user adoption.
