Job summary

Syntax seeks an experienced SAP Change Management Lead to drive business readiness and adoption across complex SAP landscapes. You will bridge business, IT, and end users, shaping change strategies and training programs that ensure successful SAP transformations.

Responsibilities include leading SAP Activate-based changes, designing digital adoption campaigns, and leveraging AI-enabled guidance to maximize ROI. This role offers global collaboration and a flexible work approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Education, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in organizational change management, digital adoption, or blended training programs.
• Hands-on SAP system experience, preferably S/4HANA, and ability to run transactions.
• Proven experience leading testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and supporting business analysis.
• Experience deploying digital adoption platforms like WalkMe; AI in change/adoption is a plus.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and ability to translate metrics into action.
• Excellent English communication; stakeholder management across business, IT and users.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change and adoption strategies aligned to SAP Activate and Syntax delivery.
• Perform stakeholder analyses; design interventions to minimize adoption risks.
• Develop digital adoption campaigns and measure engagement through dashboards.
• Collaborate with SAP leads and business process owners to ensure accurate guidance.
• Design communication plans to support readiness and adoption across projects.
• Coach sponsors and teams to sustain transformation and user adoption.
• Coordinate training content creation; plan train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Plan and run testing cycles; manage defects and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Apply AI-enabled guidance and content to improve adoption ROI.
• Analyze post-go-live metrics and recommend reinforcement and ongoing support.
