Job summary

Halton Region is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support organizational change during SAP Transformation initiatives. You will assess stakeholder needs, improve readiness, and develop repeatable change processes focused on the people side of change.

You will oversee SAP Transformation training, coordinate with System Integrators and trainers, and ensure users understand technology changes. This role requires strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience or equivalent education in change management.
• 5+ years' experience or equivalent education as a Training Coordinator/Training Methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies to facilitate employee adoption of SAP/Digital Transformation changes.
• Oversee change readiness and develop repeatable change processes.
• Coordinate training needs assessment and training materials.
• Lead the planning and execution of end-user training with Region trainers.
• Report SAP Change Readiness to Leadership team.
