Qualifications

As an Equipment Sales Representative, you will be on the front line of revenue generation, representing industry leading Caterpillar equipment to customers across the General Construction market. You will be trusted to uncover opportunities, outmaneuver competitors, and deliver solutions that create measurable results for both customers and the business. This is a high Impact role where performance is visible, success is rewarded, and drive makes the difference. Earning potential of $90,000-110,000+ which includes base plus targeted uncapped commission.

What You Will Do
