The Aftermarket Support Specialist is an integral part of the Finning Business Development or Aftermarket Support team, responsible for driving market share growth of their assigned products or services. This interdisciplinary role is accountable for the commercial success of their allocated product groups or services within an assigned geography or customer base. This is a specialty role responsible for the introduction and sales of specialized solutions, services, products and parts to new or existing customers. Primary responsibility is to grow specific commodity, solution or service sales within a given territory or customer base. It is a secondary position on any account to the Product Support Sales Representative. The successful candidate will spend a substantial portion of their time in the field, working directly with customers to inspect and assess machine undercarriage systems and Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Through hands‑ on‑ inspections, condition monitoring, and application reviews, they will identify opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, maximize component life, reduce total cost of ownership, and support customer productivity objectives. This consultative role combines technical expertise, field execution, and customer relationship management to deliver measurable value and drive aftermarket growth opportunities.
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $90 - 105K. Actual compensation will be based on the successful candidates skills and experience.
