• At least 2 years of environmental compliance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of federal/provincial environmental regulations, permitting, audits, reporting.
• Strong ability to influence and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental Programs ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Build relationships with Mill Managers to execute the Environmental Management System.
• Conduct audits and support incident investigations for risk management.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and deliver training on environmental awareness.
