Project Gardenia is a focused, project-based remote opportunity where your expertise will directly support the improvement of language models and conversational AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Review short agent–caller conversation transcripts.
• Evaluate and label entity types according to detailed Task Guidelines.
• Complete all tasks accurately, consistently, and in line with project requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in French (Canada).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Background in LLM evaluation or similar linguistic/AI tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Project Qualifications

• Ability to follow structured labeling guidelines.
• Competence in reviewing text data for accuracy and context.
• Demonstrated fluency in both required languages.

Payments for the Gardenia project will be made based on the number of units that you submit. Earn $0.24 per unit – the more you work, the more you make! Sample Weekly Earnings Breakdown: 45 units/hour × 10 hours/week = 450 units/week; 450 units × $0.24 = $108/week.
