Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7–10+ years of enterprise new-business development and sales, preferably within consulting, technology services, or managed services.
• Experience selling into Consumer Products & Services, especially Retail, CPG, Food, and Grocery, with understanding of enterprise buying environments.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and win new enterprise clients across CP&S, owning new-logo acquisition and bookings.
• Build your own pipeline with proactive prospecting and executive outreach.
• Open doors at the executive level and establish relationships with senior leaders and economic buyers.
• Shape opportunities by identifying client priorities and positioning capabilities to create compelling reasons to act.
• Lead full-cycle sales: qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, procurement, and initial revenue booking.
• Navigate complex procurement processes and compete to win in enterprise environments.
