Job summary

Toptal is hiring an Account Executive to target and close net new accounts and re-engage dormant ones. This full-cycle sales role emphasizes prospecting, outbound outreach, and aligning Toptal’s value with client needs. This is a remote position with English resumes and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of closing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate, qualify, and close leads and opportunities by engaging dormant accounts and targeting new accounts.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to convey Toptal’s vision and secure new business.
• Manage the sales funnel to optimize lead progression and coordinate stakeholder communication.
• Evolve demand generation strategy and tactics over time.
