Job summary

SymphonyAI is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead SaaS and on-premise software projects while strengthening client relationships. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive innovative solutions that deliver measurable value for Fortune 500–level clients.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, clear communication, and strong leadership to ensure projects meet objectives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing complex projects.
Experience in managing client relationships, preferably with Tier 1 financial institutions in SaaS.
Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS projects with measurable value.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to write and execute client-facing Work Orders and Statements of Work.
Experience in the Financial Crime domain is a plus.
Experience migrating clients from on-premise to SaaS.
Excellent communication and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS and on-premise projects within scope, time, and budget.
Lead project teams to deliver innovative solutions that increase client value.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
Stay updated on SaaS trends to drive project success.
Develop strategies aligning with the business innovation agenda.
