Job summary

Staffbase is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead bespoke implementations and custom solution engagements for Fortune 100 customers. You will own end-to-end plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain governance across scope, timelines, and budgets.

You will facilitate executive-ready updates, manage complex integrations and data migrations, and drive successful live launches with our professional services team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience leading complex enterprise software implementations or custom solution engagements, ideally for Fortune 100 or similarly sophisticated customers.
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions with multiple customer stakeholders with competing priorities, sustaining constructive dialogue and long-term relationship integrity.
• Fluency in translating between technical teams and business owners, and comfort around integrations, data, security, and migration conversations.
• Demonstrated track record running formal governance on complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs, ideally at consultancy or enterprise-software scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end plan for a custom engagement, from scoping through design, build, testing and launch.
• Run cross-functional workshops with IT, communications, operations, and engineering teams to align on timelines and deliverables.
• Manage scope with clarity, surface change requests early, and ensure deliverables remain achievable.
• Coordinate implementation partners and internal experts to ensure seamless handoffs and traceability.
