Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in SaaS/software implementations.
• PMP certification, CSM, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional PM methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery against defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign work effectively to maximize productivity and project success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Drive accountability across project teams while fostering collaboration and maintaining focus on key objectives and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, priorities, milestones, and critical path activities to stakeholders at all levels.
• Create transparency through integrated project plans, structured governance, and clear reporting practices.
• Identify gaps in project delivery processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
• Optimize project schedules, resource utilization, and delivery methodologies to reduce risk and improve project performance.
• Ensure project activities align with organizational goals, strategic priorities, and client expectations.
• Standardize project management tools, templates, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with sales and proposal teams to develop project plans, resource requirements, and implementation timelines for prospective clients.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful software implementations in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive leader who thrives on managing complex projects, building strong relationships, and driving results.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution, collaborating with clients, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes. You'll play a critical role in maintaining project transparency, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a SaaS, software implementation, or technology consulting environment.
• PMP certification, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management tools.

• Experience with enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing full lifecycle SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience leading global or distributed project teams.

• Demonstrated success managing 3-4 concurrent projects.
• Experience delivering at least four full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
