Job summary

Staffbase is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead bespoke implementations for Fortune 100 customers. You will own end-to-end engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery with strict governance.

The role requires 8+ years in complex software implementations, strong stakeholder facilitation, and the ability to translate technical details for executives. Hybrid work with global clients is offered.

Qualifications

8+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, enterprise software implementations or custom solution engagements.
Proven ability to facilitate discussions with multiple customer stakeholders, sustaining constructive dialogue.
Fluency in translating between technical teams and business owners, with comfort around integrations, data, security, and migration conversations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end plan for custom engagements from scoping to design, build, testing and launch.
Coordinate with customer IT, communications and operations stakeholders with solution engineers and CSM teams.
Maintain scope control and clear governance to ensure deliverables stay on track.
Coordinate implementation partners and internal experts for seamless handoffs.
Translate technical complexity into plain-language decisions for executives.
