Job summary

Docebo Inc. is seeking a partner marketing leader to drive enterprise pipelines through select partnerships (AWS, Deloitte, Carahsoft) and field events. You’ll own ABM programs for healthcare and government, building account-based plans and tracking attribution across pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 1–2 years targeting enterprise buyers (5,000+ employees).
• Proven ability to generate measurable pipeline and revenue beyond lead volume.
• Experience building partner-sourced programs and co-sell motions.

Responsibilities

• Build account-based programs reaching full buying committees and expanding within accounts.
• Plan and execute field events and partner-led activities that generate meetings and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, partners, and RevOps to ensure aligned timelines and attribution.
• Leverage AI and intent data to optimize campaigns and pipeline.
• Manage relationships with hyperscalers and enterprise customers to drive pipeline.
