Job summary

OnBoard CRM is seeking a Virtual Partner Marketing Manager to drive partner marketing for AWS solutions in the Toronto area. The role partners with consulting, reseller, and ISV partners to shape, execute, and optimize marketing plans that deliver real business impact.

You will coach partners from strategy to execution, leveraging MDF programs and agency collaborations while maintaining strong relationships across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in tech/cloud
• Experience working with partners, resellers, or channels is a plus
• Knowledge of marketing channels (email, social, SEO/SEA, events) and offline tactics

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to marketing guide for partners, offering advice and support
• Help partners refine tactics and explore new ways to promote AWS solutions
• Ensure partners access and use AWS marketing programs and tools effectively
• Collaborate with internal AWS teams and external agencies to launch campaigns
• Keep partners engaged and ready to take action to grow AWS business
• Represent AWS at partner events and build stronger connections
