Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise AI to define, govern, and scale our enterprise AI strategy across the organization, translating rapid AI advances into a clear, multi-year agenda with measurable business impact.

You will own the enterprise AI roadmap, oversee governance and risk, build an AI capability program, engage executives, and drive value realization through productivity gains and cost savings. This is a remote-eligible role from Canada with EST hours.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, AI/ML, or digital transformation leadership.
• Senior director or equivalent role with demonstrated portfolio ownership.
• Experience shaping enterprise AI strategies with measurable impact across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and scale Dynatrace's enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Lead portfolio-level build/buy/partner decisions for AI initiatives and platform integrations.
• Own governance, risk management, and data usage policies for enterprise AI deployments.
• Design and drive an AI enablement program and AI Center of Excellence across departments.
• Provide executive guidance on AI investments, ROI, and value realization.
• Stay abreast of AI technologies and industry practices to inform strategy.
