Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an AI Learning Associate Director to shape, scale, and activate our AI learning strategy. You will drive enterprise-wide AI skill development and enable adoption across the organization in collaboration with the CTO and L&D partners.

This high-visibility role demands strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong change leadership. You will lead cross-functional learning programs, curate content, manage budgets, and influence executives to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

8+ years in learning and development, talent development, workforce transformation, change management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Define capability priorities to support EY Canada's AI transformation.
Develop and execute a comprehensive AI learning roadmap.
Identify opportunities to accelerate AI adoption through learning experiences and tools.
Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI learning programs and campaigns.
Translate AI priorities into scalable learning solutions that drive behaviour change.
Curate learning resources, platforms, certifications, and content to support a continuous learning culture.
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of strategic AI learning initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to develop high-quality content.
Influence senior stakeholders and navigate competing priorities to achieve objectives.
Monitor adoption trends, engagement, and feedback to evolve capability-building strategies.
Manage select program budgets, vendor relationships, and governance.
Partner with Brand Marketing Communications to develop engagement plans.
