Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an AI Learning Associate Director to shape, scale and activate the AI learning strategy across the organization. You will partner with technology leaders to drive AI capability building, adoption and measurable business impact.

The role requires 8+ years in learning and development with strong stakeholder management, adult learning expertise, and experience with AI-enabled learning. A hybrid work approach and competitive compensation are offered in a Canada-wide capacity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, workforce transformation, change management, or related fields.
• Experience with an LMS (preferably SuccessFactors) a plus.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables and v-lookup) and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and content creation.
• Experience applying AI to solve business problems and drive adoption initiatives.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Define capability priorities to support EY Canada's AI transformation.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI learning roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate AI adoption through innovative learning experiences.
• Lead the firmwide design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI learning programs.
• Translate AI priorities into scalable learning solutions that drive behaviour change.
• Curate learning resources and content to support a continuous learning culture.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of strategic AI learning initiatives and outcomes.
