Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada seeks a Director, Enterprise Data & Integration to establish and mature our enterprise data capability. You will drive the data strategy, architecture, governance, and integration standards while leading a Data Engineering team across business and technology functions.

You will enable data-driven decision-making, analytics, automation, and AI readiness, ensuring secure, scalable, and governable data solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture/integration/enterprise architecture.
• Experience developing data strategies, governance, architecture standards, and roadmaps.
• Experience leading technical teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data management, governance, analytics, cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the enterprise data strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Define and govern enterprise data architecture, integration, and information management standards.
• Lead and mentor Data Engineering team and collaborate with business and IT partners.
• Ensure data solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with architecture principles.
• Drive modernization and standardization of data and integration platforms.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships across units and external partners.
