Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an AI Learning Associate Director to guide the AI learning strategy and build scalable programs in Toronto. You will partner with executives to align capability development with business outcomes and lead enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

You will shape learning experiences, drive adoption, and measure impact while collaborating with technology leadership and HR to transform workforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning and development or related fields.
• Experience with AI and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Proficient with LMS and office tools; bilingual English/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define capability priorities with senior leaders to support EY Canada's AI strategy.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI learning roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate AI adoption via innovative learning experiences.
• Lead enterprise AI learning programs, paths, campaigns, and experiences.
• Translate AI priorities into scalable learning solutions for behavior change.
• Curate resources, platforms, certifications, and thought leadership content.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of AI learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to develop content.
• Influence senior stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and feedback to evolve strategies.
• Manage select budgets, vendor relationships, governance.
• Partner with Brand Marketing to develop engagement plans.
