Enterprise Account Executive - Energy Sector

We are a leading provider of technology professional services and hardware solutions. We are looking for a results-driven, ambitious, and personable Enterprise Sales Account Executive with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience to join our team and grow our business across various industries. You should be a blend of hunter and farmer, managing existing business while building new opportunities.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, smart, sales-oriented, and values productivity and customer engagement. The role focuses on increasing revenue from existing clients and acquiring new customers who can benefit from our services and hardware offerings.

The Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for meeting quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The candidate should be technically inclined, able to identify customer pain points, and anticipate needs to align them with suitable products and services.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Continuously study and enhance product and technology knowledge.
  2. Prospect and develop opportunities in mid to large strategic accounts.
  3. Identify and profile targeted accounts.
  4. Build and strengthen relationships with current and new clients.
  5. Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive new opportunities.
  6. Coordinate sales activities with the inside sales team.
  7. Maintain relationships during project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
  8. Ensure accounts payable are made timely.
  9. Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  10. Prepare activity and forecast reports for management.
  11. Collaborate with Marketing on event development and execution.
Ideal candidate profile:
  1. Post-secondary education in a related field with at least 5 years of business experience and a proven record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  2. Understanding of IT infrastructure including networking, wireless, servers, and endpoints.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; a lifelong learner committed to working smarter.
  4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
  5. Organized, detail-oriented, and project-focused with persistence and positive attitude.
