Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on mining and metals EPC/EPCM projects. You will be the primary interface between Engineering and other project functions, guiding execution strategies and procedures.

The role focuses on safe, high-quality, on-time delivery within budget, with active leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with 12+ years in the industry.
• Professional Engineering designation or eligibility preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams on mining, minerals processing, or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC and EPCM project delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on mining and metals EPC/EPCM projects.
• Interface between Engineering and Project Management, Controls, Procurement, Contracts, Construction and Client teams.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies and engineering procedures.
• Drive cost-competitive execution practices for efficient engineering solutions.
• Ensure deliverables meet schedules, quality, budgets, and procedures.
