Job summary

ECG Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our Mississauga team. You will coordinate the engineering and delivery of complex electrical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client requirements are met, in a hands-on EPC/EPCM environment.

The role requires strong electrical knowledge, field experience, and mining or mineral-processing project exposure.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

Coordinate electrical engineering projects from studies through to construction and handover.
Establish objectives, execution plans, schedules, budgets and reporting.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor costs and schedules and initiate corrective actions.
Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, stakeholders and internal teams.
Prepare progress reports, presentations and project documentation.
Review engineering deliverables for quality and compliance with ECG procedures.
Coordinate technical queries and scope changes through change-management processes.
Review and interpret engineering reports, drawings and specifications.
Maintain accurate project records per contractual and quality requirements.
Support and guide Electrical Engineering team members.
Promote safe working practices across design and delivery.
