Job summary

Fluor Canada is seeking senior engineering professionals to lead delivery of multi-discipline EPC/EPCM projects with high safety and quality standards. You will direct interfaces across Process Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, Construction, and client teams, translating strategy into actionable execution plans.

We value leadership, broad engineering expertise, and a track record of driving cost-competitive solutions, staffing effectively, and meeting milestones.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year engineering degree or global equivalent.
• Professional certification or registration in the applicable field if required.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage interface between Engineering and other disciplines on the project.
• Translate global strategic initiatives into procedures to be implemented on projects.
• Lead cost-competitive execution techniques and develop cost-effective total project solutions.
• Ensure engineering work meets safety and quality standards and milestones.
• Staffing planning with Discipline Leads to meet schedule commitments.
