Job summary

WSP Canada is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering execution on complex mining projects across the EPC/EPCM lifecycle in Ontario. You will drive technical decisions, ensure quality, and deliver safe, innovative solutions for concentrators and mills.

You bring a Bachelor's in engineering, P.Eng. status, and 15+ years in mining, with demonstrated field leadership and a track record of improving productivity and collaboration with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
P.Eng. status in a Canadian province required.
15+ years in mining engineering with leadership experience.
Experience delivering projects with concentrators and mills.
Experience across EPC/EPCM lifecycle.
Field engineering leadership experience.
Track record of innovative engineering approaches.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering execution for complex mining projects.
Guide technical decision-making and maintain strong engineering controls.
Plan, staff and monitor engineering work to support schedules, budgets, and milestones.
Build relationships with clients, discipline leads, project management, controls and construction teams.
Promote quality, HSE and project procedures while fostering innovation.
