Job summary

ABB seeks a recent graduate to join its rotational engineering program in Milton, Canada. You will support the Engineering team with technical documentation, drawings, and project specs, while assisting Tendering with bid packages and cost estimates for service projects.

You will also aid Project Managers with scheduling, risk identification, and client communications, collaborating across operations and Sales to align activities through project phases and learn ABB's electrification service

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate (2025–2027) with a bachelor's in Electrical/related engineering discipline.
• Foundational understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, or related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative and adaptable; capable of working across teams and functions.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering in developing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings, and project specifications.
