Job summary

ABB is seeking a recent graduate to join our engineering rotations, supporting the Engineering and Tendering teams as they plan, review, and deliver service projects in electrification. You will gain hands-on experience across operations and Sales, learning to manage multiple priorities and develop professional competencies.

This program emphasizes collaboration, learning, and applying technical knowledge to real-world projects, with a focus on delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (2025-2027) with a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Foundational understanding of electrical systems or power distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative and adaptable, able to work across teams and functions.
• Familiarity with project tools such as AutoCAD, SAP, SOLIDWORKS, MS Project, Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering team in developing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings, and project specifications.
• Contribute to the Tendering team in preparing bid packages, scope reviews, and cost estimates for service projects.
• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, progress tracking, risk identification, and internal and client-facing communications.
• Collaborate across operations and Marketing & Sales teams to support alignment through project phases.
• Participate in technical reviews and learning activities to build knowledge of ABB's electrification service portfolio.
• Identify and escalate project risks, documentation gaps, or delivery issues to support on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Apply learnings from each rotation to contribute meaningfully to team goals while developing professional competencies.
