Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Order Management Representative for our client in Markham. The role focuses on accurate order entry, end-to-end processing, and proactive communication with pharmaceutical clients and partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production, logistics, and QA to ensure on-time delivery, maintaining audit-ready records, and supporting compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of customer service or order management experience in regulated environments.
• 1+ years’ experience with end-to-end order processing.
• Data entry, preparing quotes/invoices and customer orders experience required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• Experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to delivery.
• Enter and validate customer orders in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• Confirm product availability, lead times with planning and QA.
• Coordinate with production, warehousing and logistics for on-time fulfillment.
• Prepare and verify COAs, packing lists, invoices, SDS, customs docs.
