Innomar Strategies is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Canada to support patient and provider services and pharma commercialization activities. The role handles routine order entry, data accuracy, and communications with customers and pharmacies to ensure timely shipments.

Responsibilities include taking calls, processing orders, coordinating with ERP and carriers, and maintaining backorder data. Strong English communication and customer-focused approach required.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Mandatory ability to communicate clearly in English.

Aufgaben

• Take incoming calls and complete client and pharmacy orders with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process orders via fax, email and phone and provide confirmation as requested.
• Process pick tickets through the ERP system and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with multiple external and internal customers regularly.
• Escalate issues to appropriate personnel as required.
• Maintain accurate backorder information and customer accounts.
