Common Wealth is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to help enhance our company culture and support team members in doing their best work. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will gain broad exposure in People Operations within a high‑growth environment.

We value organization, proactive thinking and reliability as we scale from ~50 employees to a larger team. The role includes onboarding, office management, events, and tech setup responsibilities with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Support People Operations with recruiting, onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• Maintain employee files and track vacations and HR data.
• Coordinate and manage the physical office and assets.
• Plan and run both in‑person and virtual events for employees and partners.
