Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist to provide outstanding customer service and manage daily office operations, employee experience, and vendor relations. You will handle facilities maintenance, onboarding support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a productive workplace in Toronto.

You will partner with Global Workplace, Security, IT/AV, and Communications to support events, space planning, and onsite operations, while keeping safety, inclusivity, and service

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher.
• 2-4 years of facilities or workplace experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations including food programs, deliveries, mail, decor, and supply ordering.
• Maintain high service standards and positive employee experience as the site scales.
• Coordinate vendor management and facility maintenance with SLAs.
• Collaborate with Global Workplace, Security, IT/AV and Communications teams.
