Job summary

WELL Health is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support onboarding, HR operations, and employee support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help manage records, respond to inquiries, and assist with programs across People & Culture, contributing to a positive employee experience and ongoing process improvements.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of HR functions, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR or admin roles.
• CPHR/CHRL designation or progress toward one is an asset.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and provincial standards.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue employment agreements and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain onboarding and candidate records in HR systems.
• Create a smooth, welcoming experience from offer through day one.
• Provide day-to-day admin support across People & Culture programs.
