Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager for our Thornhill, Ontario operation. You will present financing and protection options, secure lender approvals, and structure vehicle transactions while ensuring OMVIC compliance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has proven F&I leadership, OMVIC certification, excellent communication, and a strong drive to exceed performance targets in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive F&I Manager required.
• OMVIC Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of auto financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products.
• Proven ability to close opportunities and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong compliance focus.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present financing, leasing, warranty, insurance, and protection options to customers.
• Secure financing approvals with lenders and financial institutions.
• Structure and finalize vehicle transactions while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in OMVIC-compliant terms.
• Explain finance contracts, terms, product benefits, and ownership options to customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to support vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, lenders, and partners.
• Maintain understanding of manufacturer programs, lender guidelines, and regulations.
• Aim to exceed performance objectives related to product penetration and profitability.
