Job summary

AutoCanada Inc. is seeking an experienced F&I Manager in Calgary, AB, to oversee the finance and insurance department, manage financing options with banks and credit unions, and drive profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of financing options, and the ability to meet sales and profitability goals in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing and insurance products.
• Understanding of federal and state laws related to automotive finance and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting financing options (loan/lease) from multiple institutions.
• Sell extended warranties and other F&I products.
• Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure compliance.
• Maintain relationships with banks and credit unions.
• Ensure all F&I transactions comply with laws and dealership policies.
• Provide guidance and training to the sales team on finance options.
• Meet or exceed monthly financing and F&I sales goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve financing questions.
