Pfaff Automotive Partners in Thornhill, ON is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our sales team. You will arrange vehicle financing, present protection products, and ensure compliant, transparent customer experiences.

You will secure approvals with lenders, structure transactions, and explain contracts. The role requires OMVIC certification, strong knowledge of automotive financing, and ability to meet profitability and customer-satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager is required.
• OMVIC Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products.
• Proven ability to close opportunities and achieve performance targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present financing, leasing, warranty, insurance, and protection product options to customers.
• Secure financing approvals through lender and financial institution partnerships.
• Structure and finalize vehicle transactions while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with OMVIC, lender, and dealership requirements.
• Clearly explain finance contracts, terms, product benefits, and ownership options to customers.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to support a smooth and efficient vehicle delivery process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and business partners.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of manufacturer programs, lender guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Achieve and exceed performance objectives related to product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer care.
