Job summary

UpAuto Group is seeking a Financial Services Manager to help customers secure financing options, such as auto loans or leases, and explain terms and conditions of financial agreements. You may offer extended warranty plans, insurance products, and other financial services to enhance the buying experience.

Hanover on-site role with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have OMVIC certification, a valid driver’s license, professional demeanor,

Qualifications

• Valid OMVIC certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Experience with dealership management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sell financing, service contracts, GAP insurance and other aftermarket products.
• Use dealership management systems to deliver customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of financing options, rebates, programs.
• Prepare documentation, contracts, registrations and funding.
• Maintain reports and records for manufacturers and suppliers.
• Build relationships with financial institutions and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario and Canada laws.
