Qualifications

• Ability to assess issues in the field and plan practical solutions.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize daily field activities including service calls and small projects.
• Provide guidance to electricians in the field, including troubleshooting and job planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Assist with estimating, materials coordination, and execution of smaller-scale projects.
• Support team development through coaching, training, and performance discussions.
