Job summary

Rising Edge Group in British Columbia seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities, lead crews, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and within budget.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients; ensure timesheets and safety programs are enforced; manage compliance with Technical Safety BC requirements and project standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson Electrician designation.
• Experience in construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead, supervise, and support site crews to foster productivity and teamwork.
• Ensure daily submission of crew timesheets.
• Act as liaison between company, client, subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to safety policies.
