Job summary

Rising Edge Group in British Columbia seeks a Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities. You will lead crews, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, schedules, budgets, and safety standards while serving as the main liaison to clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a degree or Journeyperson Electrician, plus 5-7 years in construction and willingness to travel for projects across BC. Competitive compensation and strong safety culture are offered.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson Electrician is required or strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry is expected.
  • Experience with BC Hydro or utility-related work is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and support site crews to foster productivity and teamwork.
  • Ensure daily submission of crew timesheets.
  • Act as primary liaison between company, client, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing policies and procedures.
