Job summary

PTW Energy Services in Surrey, BC seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead industrial electrical construction projects, manage field operations, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will oversee crews, coordinate schedules, budgets, and client relationships across multi-site assignments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial electrical construction, a Journeyman Electrician certificate (Red Seal preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of industrial electrical construction experience in a contractor environment.
• Proven leadership in a superintendent or senior role.
• Knowledge of electrical systems integration in industrial projects.
• Ability to read Instrumentation, Electrical, and P&ID drawings.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, direct, and schedule electrical field personnel to meet project objectives.
• Supervise electrical construction activities with safety and spec compliance.
• Assist in optimizing design drawings and field execution plans.
• Support management of electrical subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor progress, manpower, productivity, and implement corrective actions.
