Reporting to the President & CEO, this role directs strategic and operational initiatives to expand market share, optimize product selection and pricing, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The GM will oversee P&L, vendor partnerships, inventory planning, and cross-functional leadership. Travel is expected; Winnipeg, Manitoba is the base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading a business unit or division with profitable growth.
• Senior leadership experience in wholesale distribution; electrical products is a plus.

Responsibilities
