Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a General Manager for the Westburne Midwest division to lead all aspects of the unit, drive sales growth, manage P&L, and recruit and develop talent across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will build relationships with vendors and customers, collaborate with internal Rexel teams, and steer digital and e-commerce initiatives to expand market share.

Qualifications

• University degree and 15+ years of leadership experience in large-scale distribution or construction-related industries.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development of the management team to meet objectives.
• Evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive strategic direction, growth, and market share in the Manitoba and Saskatchewan regions.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and IT.
