Job summary

ROBINSON, a Canadian distributor of plumbing, heating, electrical, and lighting products, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the SK region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive sales strategy, build client and partner relationships, and lead a high-performing team to achieve growth and margin targets across multiple markets.

You will be responsible for creating compelling proposals, mentoring staff, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting to ensure regional objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
• 5+ years leading a sales team.
• Experience in wholesale distribution is a plus (plumbing or HVAC).
• Proven track record of revenue growth and hitting sales targets.
• Strong ability to recruit, develop and lead high-performing teams.
• Strategic budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Adaptable, solutions-focused leader in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic sales by identifying key market opportunities and executing data-driven strategies.
• Inspire and guide the sales team to deliver profitable growth and pursue new markets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams to foster loyalty.
• Deliver winning proposals and quotations that meet customer needs and differentiate ROBINSON in the market.
• Develop top talent by recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team with clear expectations.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with regional growth objectives.
• Contribute to budget planning, manage expenses, and maximize resource allocation to drive sales and margin results.
