As the Health Services Director, you will oversee all aspects of care delivery for residents in our assisted living, long-term care, and memory care neighborhoods. This includes employee recruitment and development, budget and program oversight, regulatory compliance, and acting as a key liaison between residents, families, physicians, and healthcare partners.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse in good standing in the province of Alberta.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; minimum four years of senior management experience.
  • Certification in gerontology is a significant asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to provide a clear vulnerable sector check.
