Position Summary

This role oversees the safe operation, installation, and maintenance of bulk cryogenic and CO2 equipment at customer sites across Western Canada (Vancouver, BC to Thunder Bay, ON).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead safety initiatives, conduct training, and oversee safety meetings for the regional team.
  2. Promote a safety-first culture to achieve zero injuries and accidents.
  3. Manage hiring, training, and compliance of technicians in the region.
  4. Plan projects and allocate resources effectively, coordinating with remote teams.
  5. Handle financial aspects, including project margins, forecasting, and reporting.
  6. Ensure budget targets for Opex and Capex are met.
  7. Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sales activities and contractual agreements.
  8. Track project progress and report to stakeholders.
  9. Develop relationships with clients to promote services and ensure compliance.
  10. Manage daily operations, including maintenance and preventative tasks.
  11. Lead productivity initiatives to reduce costs.
Qualifications
Education
  • University degree/diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
  • At least 3 years in management within relevant industries, customer service, or sales.
  • Minimum 3 years in project management roles.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, systems, materials, and industry practices.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and tenders/RFPs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, Microsoft Project, and email communication.
  • Ability to promote safety policies and procedures.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
