Job Description

Senior Analyst

Education: MBA/CA/CFA/PGDM
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in financial research

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and target research for lead advisory and transaction support projects.
  • Mentor and develop Analysts and Junior Analysts within the team.
  • Perform valuations using techniques such as comparable companies (trading comps), transaction comps, discounted cash flows (DCF), leveraged buy-out (LBO), etc.
  • Create and update financial models for forecasting cash flows, growth, ROI, and payback period analysis.
  • Provide screening ideas to clients and assist in creating marketing collateral.
  • Manage client communication, both written and verbal.
  • Handle time-sensitive ad-hoc research requests as per client needs.

Desired Skill Sets:

  • Ability to interpret and analyze company reports and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in writing summary reports and analyzing sector/market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
