Our Compliance & Risk Management Group in Business Enablement Services is looking for an Analyst, Risk Management, to join our growing team. The group helps ensure the firm and its personnel are in compliance with Professional, Regulatory, and KPMG Global policies and standards. This role focuses on monitoring compliance with standards related to personal independence, including those established by the SEC, PCAOB, CPA Code of Professional Conduct, IESBA Code of Ethics, and AICPA.

This is a remote position.

What You Will Do

• Develop understanding of independence rules and internal policies through consulting and reading manuals.
• Conduct personal independence compliance audits and monitor adherence to standards.
• Assess, summarize, and escalate potential policy breaches.
• Respond to inquiries related to reporting investments and independence policies via the KICS help desk.
• Assist with other compliance tasks and ad-hoc projects.

What You Bring To The Role

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in business or finance.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume environments with quality deliverables under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a team.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and maintaining professional relationships.
• Handling sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Compensation and Values
